Your personal information: what we collect and how we use it
OCM is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. Below are details about the information we collect, when we collect it and how we use it:
•When you place an order with Carepackages.org we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your e-mail address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. We may also use this information to communicate advance notice of events or to tell you about new products and services. We do not currently rent, sell or exchange your e-mail addresses with outside companies.
•We monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site and the products and services we offer.
Security
At OCM protecting your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only OCM is allowed to decode your information. How can you be sure any connection is secure? Simply look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), the SSL is active and your information is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https.' Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication even though the server is secure. The products displayed on the Site can be ordered and delivered only within the United States. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Applicable Law
The Site is intended for viewing only in the USA. The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms and Use and any transaction (including sales of products) using or related to the Site, shall be the laws of the State of Maryland, USA without regard to conflict of laws. All proceedings relating to the Site, these Terms of Use, or any transaction, including the sale of any products, using this Site, shall be brought only in the Maryland state or federal courts and you and Carepackages.org do hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
